Jean Foster is CEO and Chief Digital Officer at TechCompete. She is an industry recognized leader with a record of delivering revenue growth and business transformation. She led P&L, product management and marketing functions for some of world’s leading technology brands including the Consumer Technology Association/CES, BT Group plc, GE, Neustar and Verisign.
Jean has focused on helping companies navigate disruption and chart growth:
- Created the first all-digital Consumer Electronics Show (CES), a global, multimedia broadcast event.
- Helped reposition and double revenue at Neustar.
- Built BT Group plc’s brand in North America.
- Built sales and marketing for SaaS startup.
- Developed and launched award winning tech products.
Jean speaks extensively on tech, marketing and digital transformation. She is an accomplished spokesperson and moderator.
Emmy Nominated Project Leader
Lidia Beer is a senior project manager and PMO leader, with a track record
in leading complex programs and critical projects. Her work experience
covers the global tech, telecoms and event industries. She is
PMP Certified.
At AT&T, Lidia was the lead Program Director for NBC's broadcast of multiple Olympic Games events. Lidia received an Emmy nomination and was the recipient of an AT&T project management award for her work on the 2008 Olympics.
The Consumer Technology Association, producers of CES, engaged Lidia to program manage the development of the all-digital CES in 2021, a multi day global broadcast event for 84,000 attendees.

Ellen Clifford is an experienced consultant who describes herself as a process efficiency maven. She has helped companies transform into high-performing organizations. Working with teams and their leaders, she provides guidance in identifying efficiencies in structure, work methodology
and process to deliver quantifiable exceptional results. Her expertise lies in major program design and implementation, business process methodology, full software development lifecycle processes and leadership development.
Ellen held senior positions at Comcast, British Telecom and Neustar.
